Can be differentiated for multiple grade levels
What I have done in the past is place a pocket chart in front of the classroom, choose the number I want my students to use and then place the tasks underneath the number.
It is very easy to rearrange each day, quickly, if you keep all the materials stored in a bag behind the pocket chart, or next to a board if you choose to use a board.
During the first two weeks of school I model how to respond to the tasks in a notebook or on paper and eventually the students come in the classroom in the morning and begin working on the number of the day immediately. I found these tasks help to build their fluency in math.
I am sure I will be adding tasks to this product when I think of more questions.
