Copy these numbers on card stock and laminate for daily practice. I would review for 3-4 weeks. After students get comfortable counting in order, cut them and use them as flash cards for another 3-4 weeks.
Once students learn the numbers out of order, ask students to put the flash cards in order. You may want to make another copy of the numbers, in order (piece together to make a number line), so students can use them as a reference. This activity can be done on a table or the floor. I have used painters tape to create a number line on the white board, table top, or the floor.
