Numbers 16-20 Playdough Mat, Worksheets, Counting Mat, and More
I wanted my kinders to have fun while practicing recognizing, writing, and counting to five. What is more fun than playdough?
I made two styles of mats. One I call playdough mats and the other I call counting mats. The playdough mats have the correct number of circles in the ten frame. The counting mats do not have circles. This allows differentiate and extension. The students also enjoyed drawing on the mats with white board markers and making the numbers with manipulatives.
On each work sheet, the students practice tracing the number. Then, they write their own. Students place a sticker on the focus number on the number line. Then, students draw the number of objects that matches the number on the worksheet. Finally, students circle the number.
The sticker book has a page for each number. Students put stickers on the page to match the numbers. There is also a booklet for stamping.
