Are your students bored with traditional Bingo games? Get your “jungle” on! Numbers Wild Bingo / Números Salvajes is a fast-paced speaking game that goes beyond a traditional Bingo game and uses simple math equations. Third graders love to play it as well as high schoolers. The play can include 2 to 4 players per group and always has a group member, a reference sheet and a calculator as support. Maestra Mapache has made this an easy setup game for the teacher and a fun activity for your students.
What is included:
• Numbers Wild Bingo Game Instructions
• Student Instructions formatted for your document camera or smartboard
• 100 chart for game play
• Numbered squares for game play
• Communication vocabulary for game play
• Two spelling practice worksheets
• Teacher lesson activity suggestions
Basic game play: Students draw two number cards and multiply them together. From this result, the student will add or subtract a designated number and arrive at a new total. The entire math problem is spoken in Spanish, providing your students with intensive practice and review of their numbers.
As always, Maestra Mapache has first created these activities and used in her own classroom. Secondly these activities are designed to be adaptable to any of your lesson units.
