Start students learning to match numbers in a fun and familiar way with this learning game. Students will recognize numbers by their value, name, and set. Students can check themselves by looking in the corner for the correct corresponding nursery rhyme in all the corners.
These puzzles are meant to printed on cardstock, cut out by the puzzle patterns, mixed up with other numbers, and then put together by matching their numbers. This will improve number sense and show students that numbers can be shown differently.
- used as a beginning of the year center activity
- RTI activity for a struggling student or students
- RTI activity for students if struggling with certain numbers
There are three additional posters to embrace the literacy portion to further integrate learning in every possible way - with our limited time.
Take a look at the preview. The posters are able to be printed in black and white to save ink - or in color to brighten up the classroom (and appropriate since it can be printed on card stock and laminated for continued use).
