Here is the introduction to my nutrition insight:
First of all, let’s start with what is the point of eating? We eat in order to have energy and in order for our bodies to have the required nutrients to function properly. We are incredibly lucky to live in a place and at a time that allows a wealth of food choices for us to meet those needs. So, is there a perfect diet? No. However, there are guidelines that we can follow and adopt as a part of our lifestyle to help us meet these energy requirements and nutrient requirements to keep us living as optimally as we are designed.
