DIARY, PROTEIN, VEGETABLE, FRUIT, GRAINS, OILS/FATS/SWEETS. You can pick and choose which worksheets will work best for your students or use them to differentiate.
Also included is a fill-in-the-plate,(student write in the food group that belongs in that portion of the USDA My Plate) and a "sort the foods into the correct food group" activity.
