Here’s how to use this tool:
The first two pages are the teacher’s copy. You will write the student’s response on this copy as the student reads the lists aloud to you. By writing the student’s response, you will be able to notice patterns in their miscues.
The next two pages allow you to keep a record over time of a student’s performance. I typically progress monitor each trimester and a fourth time just prior to their IEP meeting.
The last four pages are the student’s copy. Students will read their lists aloud to you. I have laminated these pages for reuse, but I also have paper copies available for students who need to mark their syllables and vowels.
