OSSLT Online Practice Test Response Form 2021

This is a Google Form that replicates EQAO's new online practice test (2021). The purpose of the form is that students use it as they respond to the practice test questions, so they can receive feedback on their results (after teachers mark the PEEL paragraph and Opinion Piece questions). Teachers can also create excel files of all student responses to analyze trends of where students are struggling in order to customize support prior to writing the test. Without the use of this form, teachers and students have no way of receiving an actual report on their online practice test results.
