Simple quiz designed to assess student understanding of observations (qualitative and quantitative) versus inference. Three sections include vocabulary matching, applying terms to situational statements, and a short interpretive response to a provided picture. A modified version also included that chunks vocabulary, offers additional clues, and more "white space" on the page. Could also be used as a homework assignment. Answer key provided.
