Two different worksheets for differentiation
I used this in three difference ways:
-Morning work to see which of the animals my students liked the best (that way I could teach on their favorite animals).
-Post writing after the ocean animal unit (I allowed the students to pick different animals than the ones listed, but having pictures was good guidance for the below grade level students). The students were supposed to write WHY which included a fact that they learned to support their opinion.
-Integrated math as taking a survey/data collection on who had what favorite animals (counting, which one had more, less, etc)
