I have designed a reading fluency assessment for teachers. I have created four sections: red, yellow, green, blue. In order to make this fun I have included colorful sight words, game ideas, worksheets, and assessments to record growth. Each colored section has five parts. (A-E) I have designed this to where students cannot move into the next section of words until passing the assessment given by the teacher. This holds the students accountable to learn the words, not allowing gaps. Once the student has passed all five parts of the section (A-E), there is a final assessment which includes all 100 words. Upon passing the 100 words and saying them correctly they will move to the next colored section.
