Ocean Habitat Pack - Everything you need to supplement your ocean habitat theme! This non-fiction pack includes everything: fact sheets, emergent readers of various levels, pocket chart pieces, vocabulary posters, animal headbands, graphic organizers, and more!

Made with PreK-2nd in mind. Most of the activities can be as easy or hard as you would like them to be. (I should mention both my 4 yr. old and my 2nd grader were equally excited to try it out!)

Ocean Animals/Objects Included:

squid, octopus*, shrimp, whale, shark, lobster, crab, starfish, sea horse, puffer fish, dolphin, jellyfish

*When plurals of the ocean animals/objects are used, all three plurals of octopus are included - octopi, octopodes, & octopuses.

Activities Included:

*Note* All activities can be modified to fit the elementary grade (PreK – 2nd) level you need them for.

1) Set of 3 Emergent Readers with corresponding colorful, class books.

(Each book is 16 pages long.)

Easy – “The dolphin lives in the ocean.”

Medium – “Dolphins can have between 8 and 250 teeth.”

Hard – “Dolphins can have between 8 and 250 teeth. They

are mammals, which means they breathe air and are

warm blooded.”

Colorful matching pages to make a class book, or to hang

around the room as fact sheets.

2) Vocabulary Posters (in color), Pocket Chart pieces (in color)

3) Write the Room (Ocean Hunt) Activity with colorful vocab pieces to hide about the room.

4) Ocean Flip Book

5) Ocean Organizers (with a cover page to make a book of it)
