This series is designed to provide students with a good overall understanding of the various geological and atmospheric processes that have shaped our planet from its formation to the present day. I have used these materials as an elective class for the past few years but they have also been used by several science teachers as a basic introduction to Earth science.
Unit 13 covers the following areas:
1 - The physical properties of ocean water
2 - Ocean circulation & currents
3 - Ocean tectonics and vulcanism
4 - Continental Margins & Abyssal Plains
5 - Polar Oceans
6 - World Oceans
Other units in this series are also available. Please download the preview sheet for more details.
