Why use October Brain Breaks? Research tells us that movement is a key to learning! Not only do children need to move, but the actual movement can help the children remember parts of the learning!
How it works: The teacher or a child can choose one of the 12 brain break cards for a small group or the whole class to perform. There are enough brain breaks to keep the children moving and in prime shape for learning during the month of October.
What’s included: This resource has 12 different brain breaks. Four of them have to do with Fire Safety, four are related to Columbus (No controversial topics!), and 4 are related to Halloween.
