Teach your students how to think more critically! Each task card has a Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 Depth of Knowledge question pertaining to all six chapters of Of Mice and Men, by John Steinbeck.

Task Cards are very useful in the ELA classroom!  They can be utilized in your small group/Socratic seminar lessons or can even be incorporated into a gallery walk. The Task Cards may be used to check for understanding, review, or simply as a class activity.

Another idea is to display the cards on your whiteboard and use as bell-ringers or exit tickets.

I recommend printing and laminating your cards so they can be used year after year.

Included in this product:

*68 colored Task Cards for all six chapters of Of Mice and Men. Each card is labeled with the DOK level question being asked.

*List of Common Core State Standards that apply to this product.
