This listing is for a printable interactive activity to go with the book, "There Was an Old Woman Who Swallowed a Fly". Just print and glue to craft sticks, and you're good to go!
Students can use this activity to be a part of the story, placing the animals in the Old Woman canister as the story proceeds. Or, practice sequencing and retelling skills by having the students place the animals in the Old Woman after listening to the story. Either way, they are sure to have fun! Can be used with large or small groups, or even one-on-one.
***Note: I included a printable for an "Old Woman" and an "Old Lady" so that you can be consistent with the wording in the version of the story you use.
