Olympics Themed Biography Reports.....
Provide your students with a list of specific Olympians to choose from or have them pick their own by searching on their own..... which ever one you choose, they are sure to have fun learning some basic facts.
I have marked these posters for grades 3-5, but please use your best judgement when deciding if they are right for you.
Grab your media specialist, get your computers ready, and have fun learning about some new people.
Let your students share what they have learned about their famous Olympian by using this 8.5 x 11 biography poster.
On the posters, students will be researching the following info:
*Name of Olympian
*Years in Olympics
*A section for students to write about any personal info, such as family, kids, career, hardships, etc.
*Accomplishments, such as medals, awards, etc
*5 fun facts
****A star in the middle for them to draw or glue a picture
Use these posters in your classroom however you would like: small groups in the library doing research, computer lab using bookmarked sites, use books you have checked out for a literacy center, homework.....so much more.
