Time On Task, Time Off Task Behavioral Data Sheet
**Perfect for Behavioral Data, Evaluations, RTI, Special Education!
Observe 2 students for 10 minutes. One student will be the control and the other will be the target student. Write in behaviors that you typically see. When you see the behaviors during that :30 interval, put an X in the box. Use + and - signs to determine if the student is on task or not. Divide amount of + by 20 to determine percentage of time on task, Divide amount of - by 20 to determine percentage of time off task. Comment section on bottom of page for observational notes.
