The first part is a story about two characters, Bonbon and Doudou, whose individual characteristics make them lovable and relatable for young children. Bonbon has recently moved to the city and cannot wait to explore his new surroundings. Perchance, Bonbon meets Doncon, whose grumpiness and rather pessimistic attitude contrasts with Bonbon’s happy and positive nature. These two friends embark on an adventure in the city, discovering and experiencing all the sounds, sights, smells, tastes and sensations that the city offers.
The second part is an activity from Jeux d’enfants which involves sorting and categorizing different vehicles. Based on the story of two whimsical characters, Bonbon and Doudou, students are invited to help these characters in figuring out which vehicles belong in the same group.
Teachers can use the printables in many different ways, and we invite teachers to use their creativity. As a start, students can be asked to sort/categorize the cars according to colour, size and types.
