This product includes guided notes, worksheets, exit slips and an assessment for one-step inequalities. Below is a brief description for each resource.
There are two small pages of interactive notes that focus on the property of equality for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Students have an opportunity to solve and graph a problem for each operation.
A ten question worksheet has students solve, graph and list the possible solutions to one-step inequalities. The problems increase in difficulty. Another worksheet includes a matching activity where the students find ten one-step inequality pairs. A problem is given and students find the corresponding answer. The pair is shaded with the same color. A third worksheet provides six inequality problems with a corresponding monster coloring page.
Two different exit slips provide a variety of questions with one-step inequalities. Each exit slip has three questions.
A ten question assessment asks students to solve, graph and list the possible solutions to a one-step inequality. There are two multiple choice questions and four questions that ask students to write an inequality from one that is graphed on a number line.
