I created this spread sheet to save time and compile all of my documentation into one easy to use form that I can access from anywhere without a heavy binder. The first tab is for my caseload to keep track of paperwork and their schedules. I created a link on their name to their own folder in my drive with their printed schedule, IEP, and other documents. Then I made tabs for each sped student that I teach with data, progress monitoring of goals, and communication documentation. This will lower your stress, and you can edit it to fit your needs. Tip: I make comments to myself on what my next steps are.
