Finger Tapez les mots
1. Print out word pages (one set per pair)
2. Divide students into pairs
3. From your own copy (I like to check words off as I go), read the word in English. Students must listen and translate to find the corresponding phrase on their board.
4. Within their pairs, students compete against each other to find the word, first. After a few moments, read the response in the target language. If both students put their finger on the correct word at the same time, they rock-paper-scissors for the point. If neither one gets the correct answer, before the teacher reads the answer, neither student gets the point.
