Halloween open-ended game for speech therapy! A witch-themed reinforcer game for any speech or language goal.
You have just returned from your witch-in-training flying school class. Now you need to get some broomsticks for your wicked witch adventures flying in the sky! Collect the most broomsticks to win the game! Watch out for those pesky tall trees, and scary witch potions! You may even make a scary witch spell to gain extra brooms!
Directions: Print cards on cardstock and laminate for durability. Put the cards in a pile face down. Have the students pick a card after they have completed their speech or language target. Follow the direction on the card. The student with the most brooms wins the game.
I have included an extra set of language practice sheets that you can use with this game. There are some Halloween-type questions included with a mixture of other vocabulary items. This is for the teacher/therapist to choose and read to the student. After they answer, they can pick from the Witch Broom deck.
Cards included are CATEGORIES, FUNCTION, COMPARE/CONTRAST
You can also use this game for articulation. Just grab an artic deck or word list and have the students practice their sound before they pick a card.
