Product Description
This activity is a fun way to practice contractions. Students pretend to be surgeons operating on words to create contractions. In order to create a contraction, students must remove letters from words and add an apostrophe. This is aligned to the common core and can easily be used for the primary grades, or as a refresher for upper elementary students
