Have your students practice memory, auditory processing, vocabulary and following direction skills with this fun game.
How to use this activity:
This activity includes 3 pages of picture cards (sea animals, community helpers, and colored pencils) as well as "Mission" cards. The mission cards contain a list of items the child has to collect. Choose a card and read the items out loud to your student. Then, have the student go collect the items. For example, "Your mission is to collect: 1 octopus and 2 crabs" For more auditory reinforcement, have the student repeat the items back to you before they go collect. I like to place the items a distance away from where we are sitting so the items are not right in front of the student.
I have included related and unrelated item mission cards, as well as blank ones for you to create your own.
