I designed these checklists for students in my Middle School intervention (special education/SETSS) classroom. Most of my students experience difficulty remembering steps in processes. With laminated copies of these checklists they were able to complete the operations independently, and learn by doing the process correctly a number of times in a row. My colleagues in the ELL department are also using the checklists with their students. They're a great support while students are learning or to use to support their ability to complete calculations while problem solving.
Note: In an ideal world I wouldn't use a slash for fractions and have the numerator above the denominator. I'm working on an updated version, which I hope to upload soon.
