Operations with Rational Expressions Gone Fishin' Game
This game is a super fun way to practice operations with rational expressions. Students came come up to the board/computer to select a fish, or if you have an interactive whiteboard, they can throw a Koosh ball. The fish really do move and the kids LOVE it! Types of problems are organized by fish color:
Red Fish - Simplifying Rational Expressions
Yellow Fish - Multiplying Rational Expressions
Green Fish - Dividing Rational Expressions
Blue Fish - Adding/Subtracting Rational Expressions (Like bases, only)
There are 44 total problems, 11 of each kind. A student worksheet to show work is also included.
