Product Description
-This product includes five different centers focused on opposites.

Center 1: Opposite Matching Game- Place all opposite cards word side down. Take turns turning over two cards at a time. If they are opposites, that is a match. Keep the match and turn over two new cards. The player with the most matches at the end of the game wins.

Center 2: Opposite Pairs (Match & Record)- Students will use the cards from the Opposite Matching Game for this center. Have your students match the two opposites together. Once they have matched all of the opposites, they can record them on one of the two worksheets.

Center 3: ABC Order- Students will use the cards from the Opposite Matching Game for this center. Have your students put the cards in ABC order. This center has two different worksheets- 15 words (choose any 15 cards) and 30 words.

Center 4: Search the Room- Students will search the room for the cards labeled 1-10. When the students find a card, they write the word on their worksheet, and illustrate the opposite of the word.

Center 5: Partner Game- Students will use the cards from the Opposite Matching Game for this center. Put all of the cards face down in a pile between the players. Player 1 draws a card and places it on their forehead (facing outward so Player 2 can see it). Player 2 then reads the card silently and verbally give the opposite of the word on their card. If Player 1 can correctly guess the word on their card, they keep it. If Player 1 cannot correctly guess the word, it goes in a discard pile. The player with the most cards at the end of the game wins!

My students love these centers and I am sure yours will as well!
Thanks for your support!
