Product Description
One of the best ways to get students engaged in history is to make them aware that history already lives in their lives. Their parents and/or grandparents have a rich history to share. This activity gives students a 4 step process for interviewing parents/grandparents or any older adult about their childhood and the rest of their life. It also includes 38 specific questions to ask and an interview sheet. If the student gets the interview in audio or video, they will have that for the rest of their lives. I have had many students and their parents gratefully approach me after their loved on had passed away, thanking me for having them do this assignment.
