Oral Presentation Evaluation Form

Note: Thumbnail images messed up. Spacing off. Pictures not over text.

This is an excellent evaluation form to use to evaluate an oral presentation. It covers all categories and subcategories and gives descriptions of what each consists of. In brief: presentation document, content (opening, body, closing/conclusion), preparation, oral/voice (pitch, volume, rate, etc.), actions (eye contact, facial expressions, etc.), timing, etc. There are points awarded for each item with a total point area in a spot for comments. Excellent evaluation form! You can give this to students in advance to use while creating their oral presentation.

Please see our store for an oral presentation activity that includes this evaluation sheet. If purchase it, it comes with this evaluation form.
