Compare Rationals Riddle Activity
Here is a fun way to practice ordering all kinds of rational numbers. Many of the numbers have negative signs. All answers form the answer to a riddle.
Students will see questions that represent the MOST MISSED kinds of ordering/comparing questions. You will be able to target individual misconceptions before your summative test.
Students will compare decimals with and without absolute value.
They will compare fractions using common denominators OR, their knowledge of the decimals for benchmark fractions.
