There are two activity sheets (worksheets) here that are facts about Abraham Lincoln. They look almost identical for those who have students with wandering eyes or to go over as practice and independent practice. **These are the same FACTS about Abraham Lincoln as our "Algebraic Equations-Facts about Abraham Lincoln", but obviously the math problems are different.
Students are to solve the order of operations problem. The answer that they reach, if correct, will complete the fact about Abraham Lincoln. This activity can be counted as a cross curriculum activity.
I think that these are worthwhile activities for President's Day(week) or for Lincoln's birthday. I hope that you enjoy them. If you want more cross-curriculum activities, students can write a paragraph from information that they found about President Lincoln from their correct answers.
