Give your students an ordered pairs to see how well they can compute the slope of a line. Then let them expand with writing a slope-intercept equation as a standard linear equation. While they are rewriting the linear equation, the students are practicing on inverses and basic computation skills. The attached graphing enables the students to choose which method, like plotting intercepts or slope and y-intercept, s/he will use to plot the standard linear equation.
Of course, a check should be done to see if the ordered pairs make up the line.
After checking the students sheets for correct answers, you may cut, separate, and laminate the two parts of the 24 problems. Then have your student match them.
