Introductory Activity, Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4: Introduce the concept of Ordering Adjectives through a series of direct instruction, modeling, and guided practice activities. These recommended activities can be used in large or small groups, over the course of a week.
Includes 270 color-coded word cards and anchor charts to help cue students in successfully identifying and grouping different types of adjectives. We’ve also included a cue strip learning aid for students having a hard time remembering the order of colors, let alone the order of adjectives.
Adjective Ordering Task Cards: Two sets of 10 cards each. Set A uses real-life picture prompts. Set B uses written prompts aligned with 4th grade life science objectives.
