Great hands on activity for your students to demonstrate their knowledge of ordering decimals. They will create a packet of five different sets of decimals ordered from greatest to least.
Culminating activity to assess whether your students can order decimals from greatest to least or least to greatest. Students will use all the strategies taught from stacking numbers, lining up decimals, and adding zeros. They will use the provided work mat to put each set in the correct order, then they will cut out and paste decimals in the correctly in their packets.

COMPLETELY EDITABLE- You can change decimals to fit your classroom needs. I have used this in both fourth and fifth grade successfully. It can also be used as a group project or a math center.
TEACHING TIP: These look great on student desks for open house or parent night.
