This game is a fun way to review parts of a typical eukaryotic cell prior to a quiz or test. This game has 20 questions (29 questions if you consider that many questions have multiple parts), each using a engaging image to enhence the question.
I like to place my students into small groups of 2-3 students.
I then guide my students through the game as I use my classroom projector to display the game.
As we move through the questions, each group records their answer on a sheet of paper.
After completing the 20 questions, students are instructed to swap their answer sheet with a group nearby so the questions can be graded for accuracy.
The group with the most points...win!
The file is delivered in PowerPoint format.
In total, this is a fun way to check for understanding that can easily be completed within one class period. Enjoy!
