***** NEW PRODUCT *****
This activity requires students to answer 12 questions related to organisms and their environment. Once finished, students will use the answers to color the corresponding parts of a fun whale mandala coloring page. The concepts covered within the questions include: abiotic factors, biotic factors, niche, ecology levels, species, population, community, & ecosystem. I have also made sure to include questions that address misconceptions regarding ecology. For example, some students have trouble understanding that a community does not include abiotic factors. Or, they believe that an organism's niche is the same as their habitat. The questions within this activity will help address such misconceptions.
