I have been trying to get myself more organized with my classroom copies. Using a filing cabinet just doesn't work for me...it seems as though once it goes there, I never pull it out again. It's just a hassle. So, I have decided to put my originals for copying purposes in binders.
I am using three inch binders and I have one for each subject. To quickly identify each binder (because they all look just alike), I have made binder covers in a Google drawing.
This set includes covers for Science, ELA, Math, and Social Studies. The wonderful thing about these drawings is that they can be printed in a large size for the front cover and they can also be printed in a smaller size to fit on the spine of the binder! If you choose to have your originals all in one binder, you can print these and place them in sheet protectors to separate each subject within.
Clipart images were obtained from free sites through a Google image search.
I hope you find these useful!
