PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an appropriate second lesson for remedial reading. An Orton-Gillingham tutor would use this lesson for the second session of one-on-one instruction, teaching a student struggling with dyslexia or a specific learning disability. The lesson format is also appropriate for any student who is struggling to read and write. In this second lesson, I have explained how to introduce each letter card and sound, to be used in the Phonics Drill (Associations 1, 2, & 3). The lesson includes directions for implementing each part of the O-G lesson. I have also included the phonics drill cards (with the letters, keywords, and sounds), the word cards to be used in the reading drill, and the word cards to be used during the reading of new words.
