This tracking sheet will help you keep track of when letter-sound correspondences and concepts have been taught to students, based on the Orton-Gillingham sequence of teaching. There is space for when the lesson was taught or re-taught and separate lines for when the student demonstrates mastery of reading or writing the concept.
This is a great resource for team teachers or any teacher who needs to keep track of the progress of more than one student. It's great for referencing when writing IEPs, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and planning for instruction.
This particular sheet is based specifically on the Phonics First curriculum and contains all the lessons from Layer One and Layer One Plus. However, it could be used with any Orton-Gillingham curriculum.
