Orton-Gillingham Phonics Notebook and Poster Bundle

Each set of posters includes a page with a link to a Google presentation you can use for Distance Learning. Directions for use are included. Note this is only for the posters, not the notebook pages, which are smaller versions of the posters meant to fit in a notebook. This will best work with Google Slides for distance learning.

About the notebook pages:

Orton-Gillingham gives students a way to learn to read and spell words through a multi-sensory method. These notebook pages give word lists for students, along with ways to help them remember the features present in the words.

I used these with a group of students because writing the words would take too long for me. I created each list as a half page with two on a page for easy copying and placement on the notebook pages. See the preview for examples of how they work.

Note that it is not interactive with flaps and lots of writing. Students simply mark the words to show how the features "work" in the words. There are some interactive parts to the lists, but if you are looking for cute flippy flappy parts, this is NOT for you. There are also NO passages in the notebook pages. There are three stories about characters that incorporate the /er/ sounds in them.

The way they are listed in the file is not necessarily the progression. They are grouped by feature type. The table of contents, which is in the preview, will help guide you to the correct pages you may need.

The Phonics Posters included are larger versions of the notebook pages in both color and black and white. You can read the description for each by clicking on their links.
