I have created three pages of graphic organizers that will lead your students through the most important aspects of Othello. As you begin to read, they may begin to annotate, isolate, and document the most important literary aspects of this Shakespearean drama. The graphic organizers allow them to sketch and doodle the information in a pleasing way that combines the literal and visual parts of their brain. I've covered topics like symbolism, tragic flaw, hubris, hamartia, conflicts, resolution, motif, mythological allusions, and the role of women. I've also included a section for summarization of each act of the play.
