Product Description
In education, we often discuss the idea that if you can teach a topic, you know the topic. I use that same philosophy in looking at the prompts on the AP exam. In this lesson, I ask the students to create an open question prompt based on Thornton Wilder's original preface to Our Town. Students read and annotate his preface, then using models from previous exams, student write a prompt and suggest titles that would fit the prompt.

This lesson is included as part of my Our Town Unit Plan
