Why Focus on Adversity
Everyone faces adversity and challenges in their lives, whether big or small. Examples might include having to move, experiencing a family divorce, challenges with friends, struggling with school, and a variety of other challenges. By helping kids and young adults develop skills for these setbacks, they will be stronger and more resilient for the future.
