This is a powerpoint lesson deals with overcoming test anxiety. Students will learn different coping strategies for test anxiety. This lesson contains two short engaging videos regarding tips to overcoming test anxiety and a motivational video with questions to accompany. Students will reflect on the coping strategies that will be beneficial for them. This lesson is great for small groups and also large classes. This lesson can be completed within 20-30 minutes.
