These cards can be used for a variety of assignments:
Sometimes students can ask some difficult questions that we, as teachers, cannot answer. At these times I like to put the responsibility of finding the answers on the students. This responsibility helps them grow educationally by not depending on someone else to give them the answer.
For example, if a student asks, "Who invented the vacuum cleaner?" and you have no clue then these cards would be perfect. You could give the student the card filled out and then they could bring it back to you answered. You could also have them present their findings to the class for additional points.
There are just so many options when it comes to how to effectively use these cards!
