We can teach behavior expectations all day long, but how do we know our kids are learning and understanding? Reflection through writing is a great tool for this!
-Reflection writing sheets
-Goal setting writing sheets
-Weekly behavior plan
-Daily behavior plan
The reflection and goal writing sheets come in a variety of line widths and styles. An option for drawing or writing without lines is also included for younger students. The goal-setting sheets can be copied front to back with the reflection sheets.
How to Use:
Students circle a behavior that they feel they set a good example for and write to reflect on the experience. Students can also have the option to choose a behavior area and set a goal for improvement. The possibilities are vast! Some suggestions include:
-Whole group writing prompt
-Individual writing task
-End of the day/week reflection
-Timeout think sheet
-PBIS booster activity
-Classroom community building
This resource is flexible to use in any way that best fits your classroom and can be used again, and again throughout the school year.
The individualized behavior plans come with a few options to help meet the different needs of your students.
