This simple yet great set on learning/ practicing/ applying the Scientific Method. Ideal for the lead up to Halloween! No doubts, there should always be time to review the process of Scientific Method. Why not take advantage of all these pumpkins laying around and engaged your students in fun, engaging activities. Fall is a great season to study pumpkins!
Over the years I have realized that although my 5th graders just simply LOVE taking part in science experiments. They struggle to complete each of the steps involved in the Scientific Method and don’t understand its importance. They really struggle to understand how to apply it in answering the questions and solving the problems. So, I have decided to change it keeping in mind that learning it shouldn't be boring!
