As one of the five components of physical fitness, flexibility is a very important aspect of exercising. Each day during your assigned week, you and your group will lead a pre-activity warm-up to prepare the class for activity.
Your group will work together to create a unique warm-up that demonstrates the proper form and technique of each stretch and muscular endurance activity. Additionally, your group should inform the class of each muscle or muscle group that is being stretched/worked and relate them to the unit of study.
